The Patiala Police Arrested both the Criminals from the Bus Stand of Village Barsat Located on Sangrur Road during the Operation….

The Patiala Police has achieved great success by arresting two close members of the notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Four 32 bore pistols and 16 cartridges were recovered from the accused. The accused have been identified as Sandeep Singh alias Top resident of Sahnewal district Ludhiana and Jaswinder Singh alias Jas resident of village Bhagike district Moga. Both have been arrested from the bus stand of village Barsat located on Sangrur road.Cases have been registered against the accused under various sections in the Pasiana police station. The accused used to transport weapons to dangerous criminals at their designated places. SSP Deepak Parik said that the CIA staff Patiala had put up a naka near village Main on Rajpura-Sangrur bypass road. During this, secret information was received about two vicious accused Sandeep Singh alias Top and Jaswinder Singh alias Jass, who brought illegal arms and ammunition to the places mentioned by dangerous criminals.It was found that both these accused have links with many big criminals. Based on this information, the Patiala Police arrested both the criminals from the bus stand of village Barsat located on Sangrur Road during the operation. In the search, 16 cartridges including three 32 bore pistol were found from Sandeep Singh Top and one 32 bore pistol and four cartridges were found from Jaswinder Singh alias Jas.The SSP said that cases of murder and NDPS Act are registered against Sandeep Singh Top. He has also gone to jail. Gangster Talwinder Singh Niku, belonging to Lawrence Bishnoi and Gagna Hathur groups, is a close associate of Sandeep Singh, a resident of Sudhar District Ludhiana. Significantly, gangster Talwinder Singh Niku was recently arrested by the Patiala Police with weapons. He is presently in Patiala Jail.On the other hand, Jaswinder Singh Jas is also close to the Jaipal Bhullar gang’s henchman Darshan Singh Saholi resident of village Saholi district Ludhiana. Darshan Singh Saholi is the main accused in the murder case of two policemen in Jagraon and is in jail. The SSP said that the police remand would be obtained by producing the accused Sandeep Singh Top and Jaswinder Singh Jass in the court.
